Refund policy

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund / exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The return costs are charged to the customer except in the event that an item is received that is already damaged or does not correspond to the one ordered.
To return the purchased item, proceed as follows:
- the customer proceeds with the return request
- the customer receives from us an e-mail confirming "return accepted"
- the package is picked up by our courier on the date indicated in the "return confirmation accepted" email.
- The refund is made through the payment solution acquired by the customer at the time of the order.

There are some situations where refunds are not granted:
- obvious signs of use;
- non-original product conditions, damage or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
